Terms of delivery for emalia company’s Webstore.

General information about the online store
All e-commerce products are sold by emalia company (business ID 3205595-4). We sell products to adult individuals and companies internationally. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices and shipping costs.
Orders
Products are mainly ordered via the Internet, through emalia.fi’s online store.
All orders are confirmed by email, indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a valid email address must be provided when ordering.
You agree to comply with the rules applied to each delivery.
Order and payment confirmation
We will send an order confirmation email including the following details:
• List of products ordered
• Invoice total
• Tax breakdown
You will receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe, stating the payment amount, and date of the transaction. Contact the payment service provider on https://stripe.com if you have any questions about the payment transaction.
Payment methods and the payment service provider
Products and their postage will be paid upon ordering. In our online store you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express, Klarna, Paypal.
The payment service provider is Stripe (https://stripe.com), which appears as the payment receiver on the card invoice and transfers the payment to the merchant.
Methods and time of delivery
The order processing time is 1 week (from mon to fri) on average.
Average delivery times for orders after processing time: Nordic countries 2–4, other European countries 3-5 and the rest of the world 3-5 on week days (from mon to fri). The date of delivery is not included in delivery time.
Delivery location
In Finland the package will be delivered to the nearest post office, Matkahuolto office or parcel machine and international shipments will be delivered to the nearest service point or directly to the recipient.

Exchange and Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy starting from the date when you have received the product. The returned product must be unused, in the original condition, marketable and the sales package must be resellable. Upon the return of an order, you must notify us by email ( emaliasposti@gmail.com) or in writing. Our return policy does not apply to purchases made by businesses.

The customer will pay the return shipping costs. Emalia company. is not responsible for deliveries that the customer has sent back to us. We will not accept return notifications more than 14 days after delivery. The money will be refunded to the payment method on which the original charge was made.
The seller must always be notified of returns (not accepting the package or just returning it is not sufficient).
Problems with transport and defective products
If the product has been lost during transportation, or the wrong product or a damaged product has been delivered to you, you must immediately notify emaliasposti@gmail.com or in writing:

Notification of incorrect delivery or damaged product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during transportation, you must immediately write a complaint to the logistics company.
Warranty terms and conditions:
Our products and works have a two (2) year warranty. The warranty covers material failures and manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, damage to the product when it is used in a setting/location for which it is not intended or failure caused by improper use. To be able to obtain a warranty you must be able to provide a proof of purchase. Proof of order or payment or any other document indicating that the product has been purchased from emalia company´s online store is acceptable. The aim is to repair the defective product or replace the goods within a reasonable period of time and it must not result in costs or substantial harm to the consumer. In addition, the buyer has rights under the applicable consumer protection law, and this warranty is without prejudice to these rights.
Changes
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before placing your order, you must familiarise yourself with the terms of delivery applicable at any given time.
